Keep following Jesus! Don’t grow weary traveling soldier! The road is long and our hearts are hurting! All around there are voices calling out and constantly trying to remind us of our past, turn your ear to God!
The evil and our earthly thoughts try and bring up failures or perfection. Know that in the eyes of Jesus no matter how many times you have failed or will fail, if He has called you, you belong to God! You are looked upon as a perfect child, because of His own perfect son Jesus!
Yet the battle and storm at times may be so strong, you will want to run back to where He brought you out of and hide once again. Do not soldier! Keep marching!
Your foundation is being laid for a home that can weather the storm, be crushed a while until the roofing is placed, then allow Him to turn the Light on in your home. If you let Him he will make the House He is preparing for you so strong, it’ll be the only one standing after a hurricane!
Show kindness to offense, Love to hatred, Care to cunning, beauty to betrayal, help to ungratefulness, wisdom to wickedness!
Let us stop measuring our sin or works in comparison to others! Sin is a disease that has sickened us and continues to affect us all, and our works do not create a ladder or stairwell for us to get to heaven!
We have been forgiven of sin not removed, because He walked into it to lead us away from the disastrous disease. We work because He first worked and works all things in us for good!
Be called to call and enjoy working to provide in Jesus name!
Matthew 7:24-27New American Standard Bible (NASB)
The Two Foundations
24 “Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and [a]acts on them, [b]may be compared to a wise man who built his house on the rock. 25 And the rain fell, and the [c]floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and yet it did not fall, for it had been founded on the rock. 26 Everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not [d]act on them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. 27 The rain fell, and the [e]floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and it fell—and great was its fall.”
Jeremiah 29:11New American Standard Bible (NASB)
11 For I know the plans that I [a]have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.
